Pretty Poison Blue Mug. A handmade mug thrown on the wheel with mid range white clay. It is glazed with blue and a birch wood glaze accent rim and interior. These types of mugs require a third firing that sets the print on the outside of the clay in iron. 4 different Poisonous plants, Black Cherry (Arsonic) Common Yew (Tree of the Dead) Caster Oil (Ricin) Foxglove (Belladonna)

Please note that I try to capture the color of each piece as accurately as possible, but due to differences in screen calibrations, it might be slightly different in person than in the photo. Any discoloration on the bottom is from glaze melting to bottom which is a common occurrence and sometimes intended outcome.
All my mugs are completely handmade by me. Mugs are well thrown, decorated, glazed and fired at least two times. The process several weeks from start to finish, and are packaged with care. I hope you love your new mug.
